3. Client Responsibilities

• Health Information: Clients must disclose all relevant health information prior to receiving any service. This includes but is not limited to medical conditions, allergies, injuries, and pregnancies.
• Updates: Clients are responsible for informing TUWC Healing of any changes to their health or medical conditions before future appointments.
• Consent: By booking and attending a session, clients provide informed consent for the services rendered and agree to the terms outlined in our consent form.

4. Liability Release

• Clients voluntarily choose to receive services at TUWC Healing and understand the potential risks involved, such as temporary discomfort, soreness, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions.

5. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Deposit and Cancellations: A deposit is required to secure an appointment. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be retained.
• Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, but full service fees will apply.
• No-Shows and Absence: If the client is not at the designated location upon the practitioner’s arrival, the full service fee plus a 10% no-show fee will be charged.
• Practitioner Delays: TUWC Healing practitioners will make every effort to arrive on time; however, due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances, arrival within 30 minutes of the scheduled time is acceptable. Clients are expected to be available during this window.

6. Inappropriate Behavior Policy

• TUWC Healing maintains a professional and safe environment for clients and practitioners. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, abusive language, or unsafe conditions, will not be tolerated.
• Practitioners reserve the right to terminate the session and leave the location immediately if inappropriate behavior occurs. In such cases, the full service fee will be charged.

• All client information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without explicit consent, except where required by law.
