Together, we clear internalized shame, survival patterns, or protective masks. This may include somatic work, gentle ritual, or energetic practices to create space for your soul voice.
3. The Devoted Voice:
We explore the soul of your expression — its tone, purpose, and unique medicine. Whether you’re speaking, writing, or simply being, this session anchors your authentic energetic imprint.
4. The Sacred Share:
We move into embodied practice: voice notes, storytelling, creative ritual, or online presence — not for perfection, but for presence. This is devotional visibility in real-time.
5. The Embodied Return:
Integration, anchoring, and soul reflection. Together, we name what’s shifted, honor your visibility rite of passage, and identify rituals or practices that help you continue showing up — softly and bravely.
